There is no elevator in the hotel. Location is excellent but don’t expect too much otherwise.

This is an amazing place to stay if your wanting to hit all the best tourist spots and food in manhattan. Its close to everything and if you arrive by train theres not a single better place to stay. Service was great, rooms clean and well kept.

Excellent location and when we checked out they were happy to hold our bags for a couple hours while we took a last walk around the city.

Very clean room , bathroom and clean building. The employees are very nice and friendly. Will go again for sure . Good for 2 people and 5 minutes from Madison square garden and near alot of popular sites in New York. The bad reviews that you read are not True for the bugs none of that in this hotel. Cable , air conditioning , WIFI are included . And this hotel has a very good price . We enjoyed our stay here .
